Company History & Growth

Al Najma Al Hamra was founded by the Al Owayshi brothers, Rami and Rafi, experienced professionals with strong expertise in construction and development management, Al Najma Al Hamra began with just four trailers to support its operations.

The company initially collaborated with Zakya Cargo Transport By Heavy & Light Trucks L.L.C, a subcontractor for Zaid Al Hussain Contracting L.L.C, supplying sweet soil, backfilling, and rubbish removal. Over time, Al Najma Al Hamra expanded its client base to include AquaVerde Co L.L.C, 3DXB Contracting L.L.C, Dar Al Fanar Contracting L.L.C, ABQ Alsyf Project Management Services L.L.C, & Al Hijaz Mechanical Equipment Co L.L.C.

To drive growth, the company has partnered with ABQ Alsyf Project Management Services L.L.C to expand its reach and capabilities, enabling it to serve more clients and deliver a wider range of construction projects.

As part of its expansion plan, the company is continuously enhancing its fleet by adding machinery such as six-wheel trucks, excavators, and loaders to fully meet all client requirements., Al Najma Al Hamra is steadily building toward becoming a leading construction and development company in the UAE.

  • Zakya Cargo Transport By Heavy & Light Trucks L.L.C: Delivered materials and sand, provided sweet soil supply, backfilling, and aggregate transport.
  • Zaid Al Hussain Contracting L.L.C: Supplied 70,000 m³ of sweet soil, executed large-scale backfilling, and managed comprehensive waste removal.
  • AquaVerde Co L.L.C: Provided 5,000 m³ of sweet soil along with backfilling and waste removal services.
  • 3DXB Contracting L.L.C: Executed excavation and backfilling works covering 1,500 m³.
  • Dar Al Fanar Contracting L.L.C: Delivered excavation and backfilling operations totaling 2,600 m³.
